The completed form can be emailed to covenantsandgifts@trinitychurch.org.je. Alternatively the form can be printed off and completed manually and sent to Peter Routier, Covenants and Gifts Administrator, L’Abreveux, La Rue de l’Eglise, St John, JE3 4BA. Don’t forget to save a copy of the form for your own records when completing your tax return.
